OCL India Ltd. (formerly Orissa Cement Ltd.) established in 1949, entered into the field of Refractories in 1954 as a part of its diversification plan.

The company has supplied more than 275,000 MT of Silica to various steel plants in India, Brazil, UK, USA, Australia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, South Korea, Italy etc. in addition to other refractories.

Supplying Refractories to Steel & Glass industries since 1954 and Silica for Coke Oven Battery and Hot Blast Stoves, a specialty.  Manufactures refractories for Copper & Aluminium industries also.
